When it comes to the juncture where one has to choose one’s career, great thought and foresight should be employed before coming to a decision. What kind of a person you are, what are your aptitude, aspirations, capacities and drawbacks, what are your likes and dislikes, your expectations, etc are to be examined. To put it short, a SWOT (Strength, Weakness,) analysis ought to be carried out about the individual. Based on that, different career options and the feasibility of following them have to be looked at. The right career can only be chosen after such a careful study!

A tiring day’s work at office. Spices from the kitchen boiling your nerves. Homework wringing the neck with invisible arms! S-T-R-E-S-S is the new spelling for life. Mostly yellow and with a bright smiley face painted on it, these stress-buster balls are the cheap-and-easy way to take a break, breathe and relax. All the mental tensions and pressure ease out as we squeeze with all the energy. Most offices now seem to use these as tools to avoid burn-out rates among employees.
