Of late, the value of yoga is being realised across the globe, especially among developed countries. Yoga is a form of physical excercising done without any external elements like Weight bars / pullies etc. It does not result in putting up extra muscles, but it only helps in increasing the flexibility of each part of our body and thereby increase the health condition. It is extensively practiced in India and parts of some other Asian countries. Quite a few Multinational companies now have yoga as part of their training.
